Tommy’ first loose tooth came out last night. A few days ago Tommy told us his tooth was loose. In the middle of the night he came into our room and said, “My tooth fell out!”. He was still holding it in his mouth. After we said it was ok to spit it out, he did, and went back to bed.

Dear Tommy,
I just saw your picture and it seems you have lost a tooth in the center of your bottom teeth. Did you know that? I hope you did not swallow the tooth - maybe you’ll be able to save all your teeth as they come out ... and save themf or when you are an old man. Do you think that would be a good idea?
